I’m In
Saying “I’m in” means you are committing your resources—your time, energy, attention, and intentions—to something. “I’m in” energy propels us forward, creates self-confidence, and inspires confidence in others. “I’m in” to this means “I’m not in” to something else. It’s a true decision.
I’m Not In
Really? It’s never that you’re not in; you’re always “I’m in” to something. The question is always what, followed by a second question: “How well is that working for you?”
I don’t know yet.
It is not always desirable to move forward. High-quality decision-making requires creating a time-out, a space for conscious consideration. But beware: Spending too much time in between can become a hard habit to break.
